Wearing Open-Toed Shoes in the Rain Like WHAAAAAAAAAAAT?!

Yes, I check the weather reports every single day. But, I'd like to speak to these "meteorologists" because I get zero warning that the "cloudy" weather turns to rain and I look like a dummy when wearing my cute outfit and it is misting considerably outside. Yesterday this happened and I changed three times to suit the warmth generated after the rain. UGH. I can't keep up!

Anyway, I love this combo so much, you need to check out this top and FOR SURE own this skirt at some point soon! It is not listed online yet, but hopefully, Target can list it relatively soon? Pretty please?! It's by A New Day and it is a comfortable faux-wrap skirt I can foresee in my summer school teaching future and beyond.
