Rainy Day May

There's no use in doing my hair on a rainy day unless I am starring in a modern rendition of Disney's The Lion King where I'd be playing the part of Mufasa-- so up the hair goes! After being so cold yesterday, I decided to bump up my layers and mix red and white stripes with a cool gray over sized sweater. To gain some shape to the look, I did a center knot and covered yesterday's cold legs with some Madewell skinnies, Nordstrom booties and called it a day! Don't forget to accessorize with a LOFT necklace and some simple studs! When outside, I donned a cheetah utility jacket from Anthropologie (celebrating its sixth year with me).  Effortless, preppy meets edgy. I like it!
